The Perimenopause Reset.
For women who have been trying. Four weeks, fifteen women, one sixty-minute live call a week, and Davina in the room.
Waiting list only. No payment is taken until the first cohort has a date.
Led by Davina Hearne, Naturopath (Diploma, NZ)
You have read the books.
You own at least one by Mary Claire Haver or Lara Briden. You have been through the protocol PDFs, the supplement stacks, the naturopath appointments. You have a Notes app full of things to research and, at a rough count, three hundred dollars of half-used capsules in the cupboard.
You are not a beginner. You do not need to be told that magnesium glycinate exists or that cortisol is relevant to your sleep. What you need is someone to sit down with you, look at what you have been doing, and tell you what is working, what is not, and what to add or change.
That is what this programme is.
- It is not a course. Not a slide deck with homework and a group that dies in week three.
- It is not for the early weeks of wondering whether this is perimenopause. Run the foundation first and come back.
- It is not HRT advocacy and it is not HRT refusal. Week four talks honestly about when natural support is not enough.
- It is not a diagnostic service. Davina is a naturopath, not a doctor, and cannot diagnose.
The four weeks.
The map
What is actually happening in your body, and why the standard approach keeps missing it. The hormonal arc explained properly, how to read the labs you have, and what your symptoms say about your stage.
Your cluster
Sleep, brain and mood first, then body, skin and the signals that most often get dismissed. By the end of the week you know which cluster is loudest, what is driving it and what the targeted protocol looks like.
The architecture
A foundation audit of what is actually in place, the circadian medicine most protocols miss, an honest inventory of the stress load, and movement for the perimenopausal body.
The long arc
Months two through six. When natural support is not enough and how to recognise it. The HRT conversation without agenda. Who you are through this, not despite it.
Each week comes with a workbook section. Every call is recorded and posted within 24 hours, so you can attend live, or watch when the kids are in bed, or both. Fifteen women means Davina knows your name, your cluster and your specific pattern, and week four is a next-step plan for each woman in the room rather than a generic Q&A.
