Privacy policy.

We ask for as little as the work requires, and we treat what you share the way a practitioner treats a file: carefully, and as yours.

What we collect

  • Order details — name, email, delivery address and phone number, so we can fulfil and confirm your order.
  • Email address, when you subscribe to the weekly note or a waitlist. Nothing else is required.
  • Quiz responses — stored as an anonymised score only, never tied to your name or email.
  • Messages you send through the contact form, so we can reply.
  • Standard analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, device type), via Google Analytics where enabled.

What we do with it

We use your information to fulfil orders, send the emails you asked for, answer your messages and understand which pages help. Order and subscriber data is stored with our service providers (Supabase for our database, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting), who process it on our behalf.

What we will never do

  • Sell or rent your details to anyone.
  • Add you to the weekly note because you bought something. Order emails and the note are separate, deliberate choices.
  • Make unsubscribing hard. Every marketing email includes a one-click way out, honoured immediately.

Cookies

The site uses essential storage to keep your bag between visits, and analytics cookies only where analytics is enabled. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will handle it within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act or the CCPA; we honour requests in that spirit regardless of where you are writing from.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly on this page and, for subscribers, in the weekly note. The date at the top tells you when it last moved.
