Privacy policy.

We ask for as little as the work requires, and we treat what you share the way a practitioner treats a file: carefully, and as yours.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you ask for your self-audit result, the five-day sleep course, the weekly note or a waiting list. Nothing else is required.
  • If you ask for your self-audit result by email, we keep a short summary of it with your address: the stage your answers placed you in, the symptom cluster that scored loudest, your top concern, and whether your skin has changed. This is health information, and we hold it so that the emails you asked for can be written for your stage rather than for everyone.
  • The country you are writing from, taken from your connection when you sign up, so that we send the right prices and the right advice for where you live.
  • Your self-audit answers themselves, stored as an anonymous record with no name and no email attached, so we can see which patterns are common. That record is not linked back to you.
  • If you buy a programme: your name, your email and what you bought, so we can deliver it and confirm it.
  • Messages you send through the contact page, or by replying to one of our emails, so we can answer.
  • Standard analytics about how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type, via Google Analytics where it is enabled.

What we do with it

We send the emails you asked for, written for your stage where we know it. We answer your messages. We look at which pages help and which do not. That is the whole list. Your self-audit summary is used to choose which words you receive from Davina, and for nothing else.

Who handles it for us

Your information is stored and moved by a small number of service providers who act on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes: Supabase for our database, in Sydney; Resend for delivering email; Vercel for hosting; Stripe for payments, if you buy something; and Google Analytics for site statistics, where it is enabled. We do not share your information with anyone else.

What we will never do

  • Sell or rent your details to anyone.
  • Use your self-audit answers to advertise to you, or share them with anyone who would.
  • Add you to the weekly note because you bought something. Order emails and the note are separate, deliberate choices.
  • Make unsubscribing hard. Every marketing email includes a one-click way out, honoured immediately.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are subscribed, and no longer than you want us to. When you unsubscribe we stop sending straight away, and we keep your address on a do-not-email list so that we never email you again by mistake. Ask us and we will delete everything else we hold about you. The anonymous self-audit records are kept, because they contain nothing that identifies you.

Cookies

The site uses essential storage so that it works, and analytics cookies only where analytics is enabled. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page, or reply to any email from Davina, and we will handle it within thirty days. You have these rights under the Australian Privacy Act and the New Zealand Privacy Act, and if you are writing from somewhere else we honour the same requests in the same spirit.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly on this page and, for subscribers, in the weekly note. The date at the top tells you when it last moved.

Your bag

Your bag is empty. The Serum Set is the place most women start.
