Every programme is delivered by email. You receive a confirmation when you buy and the first email within a few minutes. Nothing is shipped, so there is no dispatch, no tracking and no return postage.

Hormonal health shifts over weeks, not days, so a seven-day window is theatre. You have sixty days from purchase. If a programme is wrong for you, write to us through the contact page with your order number and we will refund you in full.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of being approved.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. A refund is for the amount you paid; your card issuer sets any conversion.
• Programmes are offered to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
