Shipping and returns.

In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within two business days. You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking email the day it ships. Products are made in Australia in small batches.

Pre-order products are clearly marked before you buy. They ship when the batch is finished, and we email you the dispatch date as soon as it is set. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Orders are currently shipping free while we are in our founding period.
• Digital programs have nothing to ship — access arrives by email within minutes.

Skin in the transition shifts over eight to twelve weeks, so a seven-day return window is theatre. You have sixty days from delivery. If a product is wrong for your skin, write to us through the contact page with your order number and we will refund you or make it right. The same guarantee covers The Second Spring program.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of being approved. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within seven days and the replacement is on us.
