Valentia sells plant-led skincare and practitioner-led educational programs for women in perimenopause, formulated by Davina Hearne, Naturopath (Diploma, NZ). By using valentia.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a price or listing error has occurred; if that happens you are refunded in full. Promotional savings, including the second-bottle saving, are applied at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Some products are made in small batches and sold as pre-orders. The product page says so before you buy. We email you the dispatch date when the batch is ready, and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Digital programs such as The Second Spring are delivered by email and are yours to keep. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or republished. The sixty-day guarantee described in our shipping and returns policy applies to programs as well as products.

Everything on this site — products, programs, the quiz, the journal — is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from your own doctor. Always speak to your healthcare provider about your symptoms, and check with them before starting new topical or oral products, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

The words, formulations, photography and design on this site belong to Valentia. You may share links and brief quotes with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site or programs without written permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as the business grows; the date above tells you when we last did. Questions belong on the contact page — Davina reads every email.
