Valentia offers practitioner-led health education programmes for women in perimenopause, written by Davina Hearne, a New Zealand qualified naturopath, herbalist and nutritionist. Programmes are offered to residents of Australia and New Zealand. By using valentia.com or buying a programme, you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. A purchase is accepted when we email your confirmation. We may decline or cancel a purchase where a price or listing error has occurred; if that happens you are refunded in full.

Programmes are delivered by email and are yours to keep. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or republished. The guarantee described in our refunds and guarantees page applies to every programme.

Everything on this site, the programmes, the self-audit and the journal, is health education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not establish a practitioner relationship or replace care from your own doctor. Always speak to your healthcare provider about your symptoms, and check with them before starting new supplements, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

• Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no interfering with its operation, no unlawful use.
• Content you send us (reviews, replies, quiz answers) may be used to improve the service; testimonials are only published with permission.
