HOW TO USE

Start with dry skin before bathing.
With body brush, begin at the ankles and move upward toward your heart. Attach the extension handle for any hard-to-reach places.*
Work gently in circular, upward motions followed by longer, smoother strokes along your legs, thighs, stomach, and arms. Be mindful of the soft, delicate skin around the chest.
Brush from the back of your neck down to the lower back.
With facial brush, begin at the chin and work in upward, outward motions toward your hairline.
When finished, shower or bathe to rinse away dead skin cells. Try alternating the water temperature to stimulate circulation for a healthy glow.
Keep in a dry place; repeated exposure to water can warp the wood and compromise the bristles. Wash brush with mild soap and warm water once a week, and leave to dry in the sun, if possible.

Got this brush set to help with my child's lymph problem, I've tried it a few times. It's nice and seems to be perfect for the son's sensitive skin but I gave it less stars because the bristles seem to already be coming out :(

Love this set!

I've never used a dry brush before and I'm glad I ordered this set from Valentia. I cannot believe how soft my skin feels after using the facial brush and the body brush. It's amazing! The bristles are not harsh at all and have not irritated my skin in any way. I would definitely recommend this product.
