HOW TO USE
- Dry Brush Set: Start with dry skin, before bathing. With body brush, begin at the ankles and move upward toward the heart. Work gently in circular, upward motions followed by longer, smoother strokes along legs, thighs, stomach, and arms. Brush from the back of the neck down to the lower back. With facial brush, begin at the chin and work in upward, outward motions toward hairline. When finished, shower or bathe to rinse away impurities and dead skin cells. Keep in a dry place; repeated exposure to water can warp the wood and compromise the bristles. Wash brush with mild soap and warm water once a week, and leave to dry in the sun, if possible.
- Jade Roller: Begin at the chin and roll upward and outward toward the hairline, then moving to cheeks, outer eyes, and eyebrows on each side of the face. Take 2-4 gentle passes per area; the natural pressure of the stone against skin should feel light and comfortable. Move to forehead and temples by starting at the top of the eyebrow and rolling up toward the hairline. Use the smaller end of the roller for more delicate, hard to reach places, like under the eyes and around the nose and mouth. Gently wipe with a clean, damp cloth (and a gentle cleanser, if necessary) after each use, and dry completely before storing away from moisture. Store jade roller in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect.
- Cleansing Oil: Dispense 1-3 pumps into hand, then apply to dry face. Massage into skin, then wipe with a warm, wet cloth. Follow with a water-based natural cleanser to remove oil if desired. Store in cool, dry place. Close bottle tightly after each use.
