HOW TO USE

Start with dry skin before bathing.
Begin at the ankles and move upward toward your heart.
Work gently in circular, upward motions followed by longer, smoother strokes along your legs, thighs, stomach, and arms. Be mindful of the soft, delicate skin around the chest.
Brush from the back of your neck down to the lower back.
When finished, shower or bathe to rinse away dead skin cells. Try alternating the water temperature to stimulate circulation for a healthy glow.
Keep in a dry place; repeated exposure to water can warp the wood and compromise the bristles. Wash brush with mild soap and warm water once a week, and leave to dry in the sun, if possible.

I purchased one of these for my husband and one for myself. I've noticed that my skin feels softer and my circulation is better. My husband has noticed also an increase in the circulation when brushing in circular strokes towards your heart.
